How close are we to a 100% hydrogen powered Maserati? In preparation for Fall 2009 we have been adding new products to the store. The DC450 and DC900 have been very popular units for us.

What do I need for my car?

Generally, the minimum we suggest and the most popular, is the “Advanced Blue Electrolyzer Set”, item # ABES, connected in series to require less amperage (about 5 amps) which will prevent thermal runaway.

The kits come complete with everything you would need for installation. This will work on any combustion engine, diesel, gasoline, hybrid or bio fuel. It is possible to use with propane, but other safety factors currently testing in the R&D department, have to be in place before we will recommend it’s use. Our average gain is between 20% and 50%. We have gotten as much as 86% and as low as 10%. Currently we do not use any electronic enhancers, and still receive these results. We are also currently involved in the R&D to develop an electronic control unit that will comply with regulations and provide an additional large boost in mileage and savings.

The differences in the electrolyzers are the sizes and volume of gas being produced. The more fuel cells there are (more water) the less often you will need to add water. The water in the cell is topped off with distilled water only, about the time you fill up with fuel. The amount of baking soda in the electrolyzer does not change (it does not deplete). We have also created an easy fill valve so that the bottle, or even the lid, does not need to be removed. The water will last from 800 to 1000 miles. The electrodes in the water, however, is what is making hydrogen. Therefore it is better to top off the water with each fill up (or sooner) to keep the hydrogen production at peek efficiency. Normally, on the system that we have patented, when we stop to fill up with fuel (about every 200 to 300 miles), we need to add about an inch of distilled water only to the one quart bottles. Then, somewhere from 2000 to 3000 miles the “bloom” has accumulated and the catalyst (pure baking soda) in the electrolyzer needs to be replaced. Since we use only environmentally friendly products, it can be poured down the drain. The only time to add the pure baking soda with the distilled water is when you are changing or refreshing the water in the electrolyzers.

The stainless steel models we use on motorcycles. On Harley Davidson motorcycles we have installed the half quart stainless steel Electrolyzers.

The glass models are used on cars and trucks for more ease and visibility. The green and white are older models which produce less HHO gas, and are less expensive.

The advanced sets are double electrolyzer systems and the basic sets are single electrolyzer systems.

The one quart sets fit in most passenger vehicles and have one or two 1 quart electrolyzers. The two quart electrolyzer sets are the larger bottles and require more room. They are geared more toward commercial trucks. However the more hydrogen produced, the more the engine will use in low of fuel, and more savings are realized. So if there is room for several or even many large electrolyzers, it is a sound investment.

We can ship UPS to anywhere in the world.

The product is warranted for defects in craftsmanship for one year. There is a 30 day guarantee on the gains if installed by a certified installer (please see the top of the products page for the Warranty).

We have attempted to train master mechanics in one day about the installation process and it did not work. We have gotten calls from customers that these mechanics did installs and after inspecting their work, it was not how we had instructed them. The school will involve more like a 5 day course where they will need to complete at least 5 installations correctly. (On the mechanics network page)

We are deeply involved in research along with the manufacturing and installations. Our main goal is to make an effect on the carbon footprint we all leave behind. My carbon emissions went to zero at the smog test facility on a 1989 ford F250 pick up truck with a 460 cubic inch engine. We want to reduce pollution, reverse or hinder global warming and reduce or eliminate our dependency on oil or other fossil fuels. The fact that you get more miles per gallon is a plus. Hydrogen will remove the carbon deposits in your motor which will keep your car running longer. We are working with the California Air Resources Board in order to get an executive order number for our product. Also we have also applied to the Dept. of Energy, Office of Science for a grant for innovative research. We are part of the Better Business Bureau and our local Chamber of Commerce. We have really devoted this endeavor to the betterment of mankind. If we don’t do something about our carbon pollution in the next 50 years we won’t have to. Mother Nature will take over as she always has.

We hope this has answered your questions and concerns. It was probably more information than you needed, but there is really a greater cause here then just our personal MPG gains.

Happy Mileage
