WARRANTY
How 2 Save Fuel warrants for one year from date of installation and/or purchase any of its products which do not perform satisfactorily due to defect caused by faulty material or workmanship. How 2 Save Fuel’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products which are defective and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or defaced by repair or attempted repairs made by others.
GUARANTEE
The Hydrogen-On-Demand system comes with a 30 day cash back guarantee. It must be installed by an authorized installer for the guarantee to be valid. If you have absolutely no results; having documented and provided the accurate mileage test on this website, have worked through the troubleshooting with the installation mechanic and or How 2 Save Fuel and you no longer want the system within 30 days of purchase, you can return it, at your expense, in a like new condition (undamaged) for a refund of all materials purchased by check. Refunds revoke the rights of the Customer for upgrades and/or affiliation/distributorship. Refunds also revoke the right of the Customer for readmission as a Customer and/or affiliate/distributor for five (5) years unless expressly given a written notice by the Seller for early readmission.
LIABILITY
This system is provided for information/experimental purposes only.
Using this system on a running vehicle may be illegal in your country. Check with your local Emissions Control Department, or whatever they call themselves. Some lawyers say this is nonsense; however I’ve heard rumors that some hydrogen-boost methods are illegal to use on public roads in the USA. I can tell you this: the rumors come from old-timers who have suffered from suppression and harassment many years ago. Things have dramatically changed since then.
Since I could not reconcile who’s right (maybe both), I give you this system for off road testing, as well as for experimentation outside the jurisdiction of the USA. If this technology is illegal in your country, then some licensed mechanics may refuse to install a system in your vehicle. In my humble opinion, doing it yourself may be borderline legal if you install the technology IN YOUR OWN PERSONAL VEHICLE.
